Second Event

With the happenings of the Fallen and the discovery of all of their members, Soul Society was preparing for war once again. In the midst of their preparations, just outside the developmental bureau, a strange portal opened up that brought about a disturbance to the members of the court squad. As they all huddled around the strange portal, a figure began to walk through. His silhouette was very familiar, everyone recognized it but couldn't put a face to it. A pointed hat on top of his head that was turned sideways, one long finger nail, cones on the side of his head instead of ears, and what seemed to be his zanpakuto in front in stead of at the side. As he stepped out of the portal, the light hit him and revealed to everyone the former 12th Division captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi. The squad members stood in awe, mouths hung open and eyes wide. They couldn't believe that it was actually him. Las they heard, Mayuri died with the rest of the captains and lieutenants. Mayuri stood at the mouth of the portal with a peculiar smile and cocked head. The next thing they new, other former captains, lieutenants and seated members walked through the portal. The squad members were astounded by the miraculous events that had just taken place. They were all confused.

Mayuri, being the genius behind the event, explained it to them. They had time travelled. When they thought everyone had died after the great war, they had actually stepped through time and reappeared in the future. With no place left to them, they were entered in Squad 0, a super secret squad that until now was hidden from the other shinigami. However, even though with their new squads, they were still attached to their old squads and continued to try and act like they were still seated members of their old squad.

Even though with their newly found old allies, the shinigami still faced trouble aroused by the Fallen who still had their intentions set on bringing down Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. Soul Society would need all of the help they could get.
